90-day return & warranty

KoScreen provides a 90-day return / DOA window from the delivery date for Grade A+ panels, unless the product page states a different term.

Eligible when

• Panel is unused for install experiments beyond basic power-on testing where possible
• Protective films are intact when required for cosmetic returns
• Defect is dead/stuck pixels outside A+ tolerance, no-image, or shipping damage documented with photos

Not covered

• Damage from installation, bending, ESD, wrong voltage, or incorrect connectors
• Wrong panel ordered when the original label was not verified
• Firmware / motherboard / cable limitations when upgrading resolution or refresh rate

Process

Email [email protected] with order number, photos of the panel label, defect, and packaging. Approved returns get an RMA; unapproved returns may be refused.

Return shipping is typically paid by the buyer unless we shipped a defective or incorrect item.
