The seller accepted my return. That was good but I had to argue to get it and was advised that it was a problem with my computer, not the screen that I purchased. A model number sticker was stuck on top of the original model number that said warranty void if removed. That was weird because I needed to verify the model number when it was not working. I removed it. The numbers matched but I had a power led code indicating incompatibility. The communication felt less than completely honest .
