Returns for a refund are accepted within 7 business days of receipt. After 7 business days, exchanges only. A 20% restocking fee may apply to unused, non-defective, or incorrectly ordered items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

There was strong adhesive behind my laptop's screen bezel; removing the bezel pulled on the screen and damaged (the stock) screen.  I ordered from LPScreen and had to wait about about a month before it arrived.  I never made an account, but simply inquiring about the shipment and they sent me a tracking number.

The item that arrived was of a similar model number, but would not work with my laptop.  Contacting them again and after showing some images of the connectors between display and laptop being incompatible, they sent me the proper screen free of charge.  It took about half the time to arrive the second time around.

I was very pleased with their rapid response to inquiries and sending a replacement.
