You failed to send the correct screen and you fail to act accordingly. Poor business practice
In an email I sent them the correct model number. They admitted that they missed it. I was willing to overlook their mistake,

however they refused to send the right one until they received their old one.

and told me I had to pay for shipping to send the wrong one back to them. I spent an additional $25 to send the wrong one back to them.

When I make I mistake I own up to it and correct it. They did not… they punished me.
