The screen was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. It should be noted that replacing the screen is a destructive process - the plastic bezel is held in place with adhesive that is fairly easy to remove with a guitar pick. The screen is another matter - rather than HP using a couple of screws to secure the screen to the top lid they have used an adhesive. To remove the screen will probably mean that it will be necessary to destroy it in the process. Maybe a heat gun would help.
