Achat d'un écran PC portable Dell qui a fonctionné durant 3 mois.
A l'issue de cette période, et donc de la fameuse garantie, le produit a tout simplement cessé de fonctionné et a émis une odeur très désagréable.

J'ai rappelé à ce fournisseur le droit français concernant la vente de produit neuf :

En france, la garantie minimum d'un produit neuf est de 2 ans.
