Poor, inaccurate condition on panels. Support is a joke.
Inventory is used but not labeled used, and condition is misrepresented. If mine was actually "grade a++" I might have been able to use it anyway.
The back of the panel I bought looks like it skidded across a muddy concrete floor a few times. It's functional, but has extreme color bleed on a black background. Much worse than my old screen. Huge red-orange and green-blue areas, with obvious bright vertical lines from being bent. It's OK on bright screens. Completely unacceptable for dark scenes.
Support had me jump through three days of 1-email-per-day "troubleshooting steps" including sending them pics and videos. The last one was "loosen the bezel" though it was not yet attached in every picture and video. I'm giving up on any resolution except buying another one elsewhere. Even if they agreed to replace it, I doubt they have good inventory to send, and I'd be waiting weeks just to find out. Lesson learned.
Edit: It isn't my skills pal, it's your junky panels. You requested pics and video. I sent them. Why don't you "ask your engineer" again where exactly the bezel is in my pics. Spoiler alert - THERE IS NO BEZEL. I show the panel laying flat in the open lid, in linux (ask your engineer) with taskbar and black background. Then I actually pick the panel up and rotate it gently back and forth a few times so you can see the color mura are constant, not ambient reflections. It's typical damage from being bent along the back supports. Notice I didn't pick up the WHOLE LAPTOP which is kind of where the bezel goes. Nor is the bezel in the other photos. So WTF?
I don't know if you don't understand the bezel isn't on yet, or just don't care. Either way I'm screwed, thus the review.
After this review, you offered to let me ship it back, international, at my own expense, so you could "test it" and *maybe* replace or refund it. Yeah, no thanks. Good luck with your low-grade screen business. If you just want a cheap panel for grandma's laptop, I'm sure they're fine.
