How do I know this screen fits?
Compare the part number and revision on your original panel label with this listing. Also match pins, resolution, refresh rate, and touch.
What is included?
Unless the page says otherwise, you receive the LCD panel only — not hinges, bezel, cable, or screws.
What is the return window?
KoScreen offers a 90-day return/DOA window for Grade A+ panels when unused beyond basic testing and approved via RMA. Installation damage is not covered. See Warranty & Returns.
Can I upgrade refresh rate or switch to OLED?
Not always plug-and-play. Confirm eDP bandwidth, cable, EDID/firmware, and BIOS support before ordering an upgrade.
Glossy or matte?
Match the surface finish on your original panel unless you intentionally want a different look.
