Ordered, refunded, same screen now more expensive
UPDATE JAN 17/24: Still no email from LPScreen. Maybe they sent it by normal mail by accident.
UPDATE JAN 12/24: Still no email from LPScreen Support. Refund has posted to my credit card.
CORRECTION/UPDATE Jan 10/24: Price did not change. Website was showing price in CAD the second time versus USD the first time. Still, I have not received an email from LPScreen looking for clarification on the product I ordered. All I received was an email saying the item had been refunded.
Ordered a replacement screen and was charged on my credit card $139.85. Almost 8 hours later, I received an email saying the amount was refunded and no reason was given. I went back to the website and the same screen was listed for $195.79. I emailed the company and there was no reply. I also tried to message through the chat box on the website and there was no reply there either.
Reply to lpscreens: The only emails I have from lpscreens are where the order is confirmed, the invoice, and the refund from Alexon International Limited. I have checked my Spam folder and do not see any other emails from lpscreens. I've also sent emails to support@lpscreen . com and support@pazdb . com. Neither were returned. I ordered the part at 9:44 pm my local time and you cancelled the order shortly after 5:00 am my local time. Even if your claim below were true, you would have realized the chance of me replying during sleeping hours was slim to none. Also, if the claim were true, the same product wouldn't now be for sale again on your website for significantly more money.
