Long story short, I ordered a 17.3" QHD screen to upgrade my Lenovo Legion laptop. Due to the COVID situation in China, shipping took a bit longer than expected. The screen arrived in good condition and passed all of the basic screen tests.

However, the screen failed a few of the advanced screen tests that involved displaying text. It seemed that two of the vertical lines of the screen (that were about 3 pixels apart) were swapped. This issue wasn't a deal-breaker, and was only noticeable when I'm doing text/document editing. The issue is barely noticeable otherwise (when watching videos, for instance).

LPScreen quickly responded to my queries about this screen issue, and quickly sent out a new screen to me free of charge. They didn't even ask me to mail back the malfunctioning screen, because shipping would be too costly. The new screen worked perfectly, and I am very satisfied with the seller.
