Returns for a refund are accepted within 7 business days of receipt. After 7 business days, exchanges only. A 20% restocking fee may apply to unused, non-defective, or incorrectly ordered items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

shortly after placing my order for a LCD screen for my laptop, the company emailed me to obtain more specific information of the device and photo.  Order was mailed to a U.S. address but was returned due to shipping issue.  My account was credited right away.  
Because this was the only company where I could find the screen, it was important that I received it, so I was advised to re-order, which I did.  The company worked with me to have the screen sent to me by DHL, and communicated with me back and forth at odd hours due to time difference to ensure a smooth process.  DHL delivered to my office within days.  They were more professional and helpful that the computer dealers and manufacturer.  If I ever need any product they provide, I will not hesitate to to contact them and I highly recommend LPScreen.
